Julie Nacua is the founder of Dynamic Health and Wellness. She passed the Board Certification exam in Holistic Nutrition from the National Association of Nutrition Professionals in 2017. Upon completing an extensive 1,000-hour certification under Naturopathic Doctor, Henele Eale and his founding school, Energetic Health Institute, she continued to expand her education in Functional Nutrition with a focus on The Digestive System, studying under acclaimed Functional Medicine Nutritionist, Andrea Nakayama at Functional Nutrition Alliance. Julie has also earned the Level 1 Coach Certification with Precision Nutrition, and her Certification as a Gluten-Free Practitioner under Dr. Tom O’Bryan as well as completed the Functional & Nutritional Blood Chemistry Analysis course created by The Metabolic Healing Team.

It was during her years prior to her Nutrition studies, Julie suffered a myriad of health ailments such as Acid Reflux, Anxiety, PCOS, Obesity, Hypertension, Depression, Food Allergies, and early Menopause (surgical). During those dark years, as she calls it, she started with conventional treatment following her primary care physician and specialist orders along with quite a bit of testing, and multiple prescriptions that she found no relief. She decided to question the path she was on and soon discovered alternative medicine.

After years of reading and independent research, she knew that she needed a Naturopathic Doctor to get her on the right path to healing and health.  She was so inspired by the services she received that she pursued further education as mentioned above.

Using the Principles of Holistic & Functional Nutrition, Julie now offers online classes, seasonal detoxes, and private consulting. She believes in educating and guiding her clients to health and wellness using a whole foods approach, nutritional therapy, food intolerance testing along with targeted nutritional supplementation.

Julie guides women over 35 to use nutrition strategies that work. After taking an in-depth history of their relationship to food, their past and current lifestyle, along with their nutrition goals, she develops a comprehensive nutrition and wellness plan. Julie uses food intolerance testing and nutritional supplements, to build their bio-individualized step-by-step plan to success.
